Prismatic Geode is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies have a 12% chance to drop a prism shard upon death. Prism shard can be picked up and apply a stat boost for 10 seconds based on their color.

Clearing a room has a 25% chance to spawn a prism shard.

A total of 6 different prism shards exist:

Blue: +0.3 speed.
Green: +1.25 range.
Purple: +0.3 shot speed.
Red: +1 damage.
Yellow: +20% tears.
Rainbow:
+0.15 speed.
+0.68 tears.
+0.3 damage.
+0.75 range.
+0.18 shot speed.

Each prism shard has an equal chance of spawning, except for the rainbow one which, if selected, has a 50% chance to be rerolled into a different prism shard, but can reroll into itself again.

Geode Bonus: Doubles the stat boosts and makes them last for 15 seconds.
