Hedonist's Cookbook is an active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

All enemies with the least amount of max HP in the room instantly die and burst into a shower of tears.

The shower consists of 24 tears that each deal damage equal to DamageStat / 5.5.

A small puddle of slowing white creep is created beneath exploded enemies. The creep disappears instantaneously.

There is a set radius in which enemies are affected. This radius is barely noticeable in normal-sized rooms.

Has no effect on bosses.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
