Homoerotic Ruby is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 15% chance to shoot a burning tear that sets enemies on fire for 2 seconds.

The chance scales with luck and goes up to 50% with 35 luck.

Once every 3 seconds, there is a 10% chance to apply the Berserk effect to a random female enemy for 6.67 seconds. A list of enemies that are considered female can be found here.

Enemies under the Berserk effect turn bright red, and appear with a red mark over their head.

Berserked enemies cannot be killed, unless they are the last enemy alive in the room.

Berserked enemies are 25% faster.

Berserked enemies receive 50% more damage from any source, and deal a full heart of damage to Isaac. They can also deal damage to other enemies (both contact and projectile damage), increased by 50% of their usual amount.

Even enemies that don't normally deal contact damage will be able to deal contact damage to other enemies, but not to Isaac.

Dropping it on the ground while Sapphic Sapphire is also on the ground will fuse them together into Gay Garnet.
