Sapphic Sapphire is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a chance to fire crystal tears that slow enemies down for 2 seconds, and turn them into ice statues upon kill, similar to Uranus.

The chance to shoot a crystal tear scales with luck, starting at 8.33% with 0 luck, and going up to 33.33% with 7.5 luck.

Causes female enemies to become charmed for 10 seconds upon spawning. A list of which enemies are considered female can be found here.

Dropping it on the ground while Homoerotic Ruby is also on the ground will fuse them together into Gay Garnet.
