Jack of Hearts consumable

Jack of Hearts is an unlockable consumable in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Description

Spawns an Immoral Heart if Isaac does not have one.

Converts all Red Hearts into Immoral Hearts.

Converts all Half Red Hearts into Half Immoral Hearts.

How to unlock?

Defeat Greedier Mode as Fiend.
