Misprinted Joker is a consumable in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Rerolls item pedestal in the current room into Angel/Devil items (80% chance) or a pickup (20% chance).

If a pickup is chosen, it has a 1/3 chance to be a chest, and 2/3 chance to be a heart.

If a chest is chosen, it has a 1/3 chance to be an Eternal Chest, and 2/3 to be a Red Chest.

If a heart is chosen, the chances are:
• 40% - Soul Heart
• 30% - Black Heart
• 10% - Eternal Heart
• 10% - Half Soul Heart
• 10% - Bone Heart

If an item is chosen, the chance is 50/50 for an Angel or Devil item.

When rerolling, a laser beam is shot down from the ceiling based on whether or not the item or pickup is Angel or Devil-themed.

An Angel-themed reroll will create a holy beam that deals 2 damage per tick to enemies at a rapid rate, but also hurts Isaac for a full heart.

A Devil-themed reroll will create a Brimstone beam that deals 11 damage per tick to enemies.
