Rock Candy trinket
Rock Candy is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants Isaac a 15% chance to fire a pink crystal tear that deals 1.5x Isaac's damage and charms enemies for 6 seconds on hit.
Enemies have a 15% chance to drop a 
Half Red Heart upon death that disappears after 2 seconds. The heart's appearance is slightly different than usual.
The chance to shoot a crystal tear scales with luck and goes up to 100% with 31.67 luck.
The chance to drop a heart scales with luck and goes up to 40% with 25 luck.
