Vessel Rock is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Serves as an extra Red Heart container that can be filled up by picking up Red Hearts when at full health. When taking damage, health will be drained from the trinket before affecting Isaac.

Damage taken from the trinket does not count as Red Heart damage, therefore will not affect the Devil/Angel Deal chance.

The invincibility frames granted when the trinket takes damage last longer than usual.

If the damage taken is greater than the trinket's stored amount of hearts, it will turn into Pocket Sand.

The trinket will always be half full when found.
