Storage Battery consumable
Storage Battery is a consumable in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Using it while empty will take up to 3 charges from Isaac's active item and store them.
Using it while not empty will return charges from it to Isaac's active item.
Can be used to overcharge items.
Has no effect if used without an active item.
Turns into 
Corroded Battery when going to the next floor.
Can replace any random battery spawn.
