Melatonin is a consumable in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Applies Drowsy to all enemies in the room for 2 seconds, and then puts them to sleep for 4 seconds.

Enemies that are asleep take double damage on their next hit which instantly wakes them up.

Darkens the screen for the full duration of the effect, i.e. until enemies wake up.

Horse pill: Doubles the effect's duration.
