Swallowed M90 is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon taking damage, Isaac is equipped with a single-use rifle that will shoot a high-velocity piercing bullet upon pressing a fire button.

The bullet deals 3.5x Isaac's damage that cannot go below 3.5

The rifle can be aimed in all 8 cardinal and ordinal directions, and will knock back Isaac upon firing.

Once equipped, the rifle cannot be unequipped until fired.

Taking damage multiple times will not grant multiple shots.
