IOU is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Increases the chance of a trinket dropping upon clearing a room. This chance is further boosted by luck. It starts at 15% with 0 luck.

If held at the end of the run, a random trinket will be spawned in the beginning of the next one.

If a golden version of the trinket is held, each trinket that spawns has a 10% chance to become golden. If held at the end of the run, the trinket that spawns on the next one will also be golden.
