Flea Circus is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When an enemy dies, there's a 20% chance that they will spawn one of the following Skuzzes:
• Flea of Meltdown
• Flea of Deluge
• Flea of Pollution
• Flea of Propaganda.
How to unlock?
Have all other 4 flea trinkets unlocked.
