#MyDogKalu! is a transformation in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Obtained by acquiring 3 of the following items:
• Kalu
• Kalu's All-seeing Eye
• Kalu's Harvested Nose
• Kalu's Severed Head
• Kalu's Beating Heart
• Kalu's Writhing Tail
• Kalu's Wicked Paw

Or trinkets:
• Kalu's Claw
• Kalu's Tongue

+1 Rotten Heart.

Grants flight.

Grants a petrifying aura that is automatically shot in a cone-shaped radius in front of Isaac while he is shooting.

Enemies remain petrified as long as they stand in the aura, and for a short time afterward.

If an enemy is killed while petrified by the cone, they will burst into a ring of 8 friendly tears that deal damage equal to Isaac's and inherit his tear effects.

Doubles the active item duration of Kalu's Severed Head, as well as the damage dealt by the item.
