Dog Whistle is an active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Inflicts all enemies in the room with the Berserk effect for 6 seconds.

Enemies under the Berserk effect turn bright red and appear with a red mark over their head.

Berserked enemies cannot be killed unless they are the last enemy alive in the room.

Berserked enemies are 25% faster.

Berserked enemies receive 50% more damage from any source, and deal a full heart of damage to Isaac. They can also deal damage to other enemies (both contact and projectile damage), increased by 50% of their usual amount.

Even enemies that don't normally deal contact damage will be able to deal contact damage to other enemies, but not to Isaac.
