Milk Machine is an unlockable machine in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

The Milk Machine mostly appears inside Saloons, but can also be encountered inside the I AM ERROR room, and very rarely inside a Super Secret Room.

The machine consists of 3 individually connected parts. The one on the left is called the Flavor Container; the one on the right is the Quality Modulator, and the middle part is the Milk Dispenser.

Interacting with any of the parts will have different effects.

The machine can be used to mix together various flavors of milk that Isaac can drink in order to get different stat modifiers.

These stat modifiers will always be an increase to one stat and a decrease to another.

Only the following stats can be affected: speed, tears, damage, range, shot speed, and luck.

The left and right pieces of the machine have an individual 2% chance of being jammed upon the first 2 interactions. They can be unjammed by dispensing the milk.

If milk has been dispensed already, the jam chance increases to 5%.

When the jam chance triggers, there is an additional 14.29% chance of the piece exploding rather than jamming.

The middle part of the machine has a 20% chance of exploding after each use. This will spawn Baphomet's Exchange and render the machine unusable.

The explosion chance increases by an additional 20% with every milk created. The machine will shake after dispensing the milk if it is about to explode.

The Flavor Container and Quality Modulator can be blown up individually. The Milk Machine will still function but without the options granted by the other pieces.

Blowing up any piece of the machine will not drop anything.

Flavor Container The Flavor Container costs 1¢ to operate. It is used to control the milk's flavor by rolling between all possible stat combinations and creating a mixture of both stats' colors.

The selected stats are displayed on the 2 monitors attached to it. The upper one shows a green icon for the stat that will be increased, and the bottom one a red icon for the stat that will be decreased.

The stats have the following rarities assigned to them, and each rarity is assigned to the stat up and stat down individually:
• 55.56% → Common.
• 33.33% → Uncommon.
• 11.11% → Rare.

Quality Modulator The Quality Container costs 1¢ to operate. It is used to control the rank (potency) of the milk. This determines how many times the stat changes will be repeated.

The rank is displayed as a gauge on the monitor going from 1 (red) to 5 (green).

Each interaction will either move the gauge to the right (increase) or left (decrease), or reset it back to quality 1.

The less current quality, the more chance for the gauge to go right, and vice-versa.

If it goes to the left, it has a 60% to go left once, 20% to go left twice, and 20% chance to reset to quality 1.

If it goes to the right, it has a 1% chance to go right twice. This chance is 5% if the current quality is less than 3.

If the rightmost quality 5 is reached, the Quality Modulator can no longer be used until the milk has been dispensed.

The milk can have the following ranks based on the Quality Modulator's monitor:
• 1 → Rotten
• 2 → Crappy
• 3 → Decent
• 4 → Tasty
• 5 → Perfect

If the Quality Modulator is destroyed, the milk will always get quality 0 - Abhorrent.

Milk Dispenser The Milk Dispenser costs 5¢ to operate and will dispense the milk based on the configuration of the other 2 connected machines.

After the milk has been dispensed, Isaac can pick it up to gain the permanent stat changes.
