Sewing Manual is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Causes the next 3 items collected that grant tear effects to be converted into a familiar rather than being given to Isaac.

The familiar shoots tears that inherit the acquired item's tear effects, 1.36 times per second. The tears deal 3.5 damage.

The trinket changes appearance based on how many slots it has left.

The familiar takes on a unique appearance based on the acquired item.

Some items may grant different tear damage and fire cooldown to the familiar, or chance-based effects.

Defeat Mother as Tainted Inaba.
