Wrathful Plushie is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 50% chance for enemies to leave behind a fused bomb upon death. Bosses are guaranteed to do so.

The size of the bomb scales with the size of the enemy, and so does the damage:
• Tiny enemies: x0.65 damage.
• Normal enemies: x1 damage.
• Large enemies: x1.4 damage.
• Huge enemies: x2 damage, converts the bomb into a Giga Bomb.

The bomb can hurt Isaac, and it inherits Isaac's bomb effects.

Has a 20% chance of being dropped upon defeating Wrath or Super Wrath.

Defeat all 7 Deadly Sins.
