Black Goat is a trinket in Foks' Booster Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and fires bloody tears that deal 3.5 damage per shot.
The familiar shoots 1.36 times per second.
Grants a 10% chance to replace items with Sacrificial Altar.
