OnOff Dude is a familiar in Fruity Rooms, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1.5 flat damage.
x1.5 damage multiplier.
x1.5 fire rate.
The stat bonuses are only active when the familiar is ON.
The familiar can block projectiles and toggles ON/OFF when hit by one.
