The Scream item
The Scream is a passive item in Fruity Rooms, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enemies will be feared for a short duration of time upon entering a room.

| --- | 2Spooky | When an enemy dies, they shoot a black Brimstone ball toward the nearest enemy that deals 5 damage per tick (75 per second). The ball lasts for 4 seconds.
Also doubles the duration for which enemies remain feared when entering a new room. |
