Instantiating Portal item
Instantiating Portal is a passive item in Fruity Rooms, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Doubles the amount of tears, lasers, knives, swords, and bombs Isaac shoots.
Additional tears deal only 85% of Isaac's damage.
