Enter Key is an active item in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
The item starts with no charges.
Destroys the item and opens the door to Boss Rush in the current room, regardless of the current time.
Causes a massive explosion in the current room, like that spawned by Mama Mega!.
