Lil Poofer is a familiar in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

After taking 10 hits, it explodes. The explosion heals Isaac in its radius for +1 Half Red Heart, deals 10 damage to enemies, and leaves 6 lines of damaging creep in a radial spread that deal 20 damage per second

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
