Moon Heart is an unlockable pickup in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Functions like a soul heart.

For each Moon Heart any character has, a Secret and Super Secret Room will contain a Luna light beam.

The first light gives Isaac +1 fire rate, and all subsequent ones give 0.5 fire rate.

Reveals the Secret or Super Secret room once depleted.

Defeat The Beast as Tainted Leah.
