Tainted Leah character
Tainted Leah is an unlockable character in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Starting items
Description
Can have max 24 heart containers.
Health above one heart will be slowly be replaced with Broken Hearts, once every 20 seconds.
Damaging enemies may have them drop a special Scared Heart. It disappears after 10 seconds and be collected by enemies, damaging them.
All stats up for every Half Red Heart Leah has.
Soul/Black Hearts are replaced with Red Hearts.
How to unlock?
Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as 
Leah
Special synergies
The following special synergies and interactions for Tainted Leah have been documented.

20% chance to upgrade any spawned Red Hearts. Enemies that collide with the specially dropped Scared Hearts will have it also act like it was collected by Isaac/ Hearts exploded by  Shattered Heart deal double damage.
