Tainted Peter is an unlockable character in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Muddled Cross

Permanent water rooms.

Peter and non-boss enemies exist separately between the water.

Walking below an enemy will submerge them. They gain Strength effect, which cause them taking 25% less damage.

Muddled Cross flips room upon use. Enemies and characters swap sides for 5 + (X * 2.5) seconds, where X is the number of submerged enemies.

While room is flipped, enemies cannot be submerged, and they grant Weakness effect instead.

Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as Peter.
