Polarity Shift item
Polarity Shift is an active item in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Changes Spiritual Wound to Chain Lightning.
Can only be activated while Isaac has Red Hearts.
While this is active:
• Life steal is disabled, instead rapidly draining Red Hearts.
• Decrease delay between damaging enemies.
