Servitude is an active item in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Using with a pedestal nearby will note the item down. Does not discharge and can no longer be recharged normally.

Clearing a room reduces charges instead of gaining.

Reaching 0 charge without taking damage spawns a copy of the item it noted.

Taking damage while the item has charge will discharge it, forgets the noted item, and grants +1 Broken Heart.
