Altair is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+20% size. Does not affect Isaac's hitbox.
-0.15 speed.

Continuously shrinks enemies near Isaac. The effect wears off quickly after enemies move away from Isaac.

Issac can step over any enemy smaller than himself, instantly killing it and grant him 0.75 seconds of invincibility.

Enemies take 50 contact damage upon touching any entity larger than themselves.
