Eye of Singularity is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac can only have a limited amount of his tears existing in the same room, which is TearsPerShot + TearsStat (rounded up).

Allows Isaac's weapons to shoot tears in random direction, each tear copies Isaac's stats and tear effects.

Tears fired by Isaac deals 2x Isaac's damage, they are also capable of redirecting themselves toward target enemies that they may have missed.

After every 25 tears fired, Isaac will fire a storm of shielded tears. Shielded tears created this way does not count toward the tear limit of this item.
