Bubble Gum Tape is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Holding the active item button gradually charges the item and makes Isaac blows up a gum bubble.
Grants increasing all stats up and makes gum bubble bigger the more charges it has, but also makes it charge even faster and harder to control.
When maximun charge is achieved, it grants:
+0.75 speed.
+3 damage.
+3 tears.
+5.625 range.
+0.3 shot speed.
+3 luck.
If fully charged, the bubble instantly breaks and discharges the item, granting Isaac a random tear effect for current room and creates gum shreds that stick all enemies nearby.
The gum shred's health scales with the enemy's health and blocks enemy projectiles. It cannot stick to flying enemies, and the enemy can break free from it by either moving at fast speed, perform special moves, or gradually destroys it.
Once the bubble is broken, this item cannot be charged again until entering another room.
