Alien Technique is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Killing an enemy spawns 3-5 green tentacle lasers.

When Isaac takes damage, he spawns 5-8 green tentacle lasers.

Each tentacle laser stretches in and out toward random direction, dealing 2.4 damage each tick.
