Neutron Star is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While on item pedestal When Isaac is not moving, this item becomes unstable and eventurally transforms into a neutron star wisp.

If this item is inside Planetarium, it is transformed into a random item instead.

On pickupConsumes itself and grants 2 neutron star wisps.

While neutron star wisp exists Neutron star wisps are invincible but cannot deal damage through any means. They spawn and attach to a specific item wisp, which is different on every run.

The item chosen for the item wisp usually has unique effect when duplicated.

Isaac takes half a heart of damage if the item wisp is destroyed, then neutron star wisp will spawn another one in its place.

when Isaac is moving, the nearest item in the room becomes unstable and eventurally transforms into a neutron star wisp.

Items with quest tag won't be affected.
