Book of Terror item
Book of Terror is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
-1 luck.
Upon room entry and every 12 seconds, deals 5 damage and Inflicts 5 seconds of Fear and Slowness to all enemies in the room.
When enemies' Fear effect wears off, they create a soul explosion that deals 7 damage to nearby enemies up to 3-4 times. It is also created if an enemy dies while having Fear effect.
These soul explosions can also harm Isaac, causing him to take half a heart of damage.
