Mind Stone item
Mind Stone is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickupStarts with 0 charge.
On useOnce per room, using this item will try to recharge it in the following ways:
• Deals 100 damage and remove glitch effect from all glitched bosses in the room, each adds 1 charge.
• Removes all non-boss glitched enemies, 
Corrupted Pickups and Iterated Data, each adds 1 charge.
If the item doesn't gain any charge on use, it spawns one random pickup for every 2 charges (rounded up), then discharges the item.
