Mr. Pixel is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickupSpawns 1-3 random quality 0-2 items that has a transformation tag.

While heldTriggers either XXI - The World or XXI - The World? when entering a new floor.

Adds a positive effect and a negative effect for transformations.

---	Guppy	Touching any non-boss enemy smaller than Isaac instantly kills it, with a chance to increase damage for current room. Significantly reduces invincibility frame.
---	Beelzebub	Blue flies may spawn a blue spider upon death. Reduces blue fly spawn from all sources.
---	Fun Guy	Once per room, touching a non-boss enemy turns it into a rainbow champion mushroom enemy, then makes Isaac invincible for 6 seconds. Add 3 stacks of Wavy Cap every time the effect triggers..
---	Seraphim	Creates a holy laser that slowly scans entire room upon entering rooms with enemies. The laser hurts both Isaac and enemies, and only disappears if Isaac is close enough to it.
---	Bob	Isaac constantly emits poisonous gas, also makes his poisonous gas moves away from him and can damage enemies over time. -0.3 speed.
---	Spun	Using a pill grants a random syringe item effect for current room. Using a pill causes Isaac to take either fake damage or half a heart of damage.
---	Yes Mother?	Upon clearing a room, summons Mom's Foot or Mom's Hand to destroy special obstacles in the room. They sometimes target Isaac instead.
---	Conjoined	Upon taking damage, spawns 2 minisaacs with double health. For enemies spawned in a room, they create 2 smaller copies of themselves upon taking damage (triggers only once).
---	Leviathan	Up to 4 black Worm Friend familiars can spawn in rooms with enemies. These familiar may create a soul explosion upon retract, which damages everything in the blast radius.
---	Oh Crap	Constantly leaves temporary brown creep that can boost stats. Theses creep can be ignited and create harmful fire.
---	Bookworm	Has a 25% chance to trigger the effect of a random active book item upon entering new room. It can be any book item and will NOT take its effects into consideration.
---	Spider Baby	Blue spiders may spawn a blue fly upon death. Reduce blue spider spawn from all sources.
