Obsession is a consumable in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns negative trinkets in front of every door in the room. If the room doesn't have any door, it will spawn a negative trinket next to Isaac instead.

Trinkets spawned by the pill often has bad effects. Isaac can only choose one of them to take; others will disappear.

If Isaac leaves current room without taking any of these trinkets, he will take half a heart of damage 2 times in the next room. This damage doesn't affect the Devil Deal chance and won't kill Isaac.

Horse pill: Does not apply the effects of normal pill. Instead, Isaac will instantly gulp a trinket with bad effects, then take half a heart of non-lethal damage that doesn't affect the Devil Deal chance.
