Rotten Collar is a trinket in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickupSpawns a friendly Evis that follows Isaac between rooms.

While held Cannot be dropped until the friendly Evis is dead.

Evis can no longer restrict Isaac's moving radius with its cord.

While Isaac is held by any Evis, he periodically launches forward and activates the effects of Larynx. He also activates Berserk! if he takes damage.
