Scrapped Parts is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
-0.15 speed.
Isaac throws a damaging metal bone projectile when pressing fire button, which deals 4.5 + DamageStat to enemies.
Only one metal bone projectile can exist at a time.
