Soul Combust item
Soul Combust is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While the middle ring is not full
Killing an enemy has a 33% chance to spawn a wisp on the middle ring, it cannot shoot and only has 1 HP.
Otherwise
Killing an enemy has a 33% chance to spawn a blue flame on a random wisp and reduces the wisp's contact damage and HP by 25%.
The wisp won't take any damage while the blue flame exists.
