The Grand Scheme is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon first pickup and entering a new floor, shows the icon of Ultra Secret Room and partially reveals the map layout.

Evaluate rewards/punishments on entering next floor, depending on how many rooms were cleared in previous floor.

Red rooms, mirror world, abandoned mineshaft, Death Certificate area, and other rooms not shown in the map are not counted toward the evaluation.

Possible Punishments
<70%: Removes coins, bombs and keys.
<60%: Removes random items.
<50%: Inflicts damage to Isaac (can be lethal).

Possible Rewards
>=70%: Spawns coins, bombs and keys.
>80%: Spawns hearts.
>90%: Spawns Golden pickups, golden Trinkets, items or Mega Chests.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
