Celestial Paw item
Celestial Paw is an unlockable active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
-1 red heart container.
Converts all non-boss enemies in the room into 
Half Soul Hearts.
All bosses take damage equal to 25% of their max health, and if they die from this they also spawn a Half Soul Heart.
How to unlock?
Complete The Galactic Approach challenge.
