Grants a 15% chance for Treasure Room, Boss, and Shop items to be replaced with 1up! instead.

For each extra life Isaac possesses, he gains an additional 1.1x damage multiplier.

This item contributes towards the Celeste transformation. Collecting 2 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and constantly spawns little homing yellow tears around him dealing 20% of Isaac's damage.
