Celestial Collar item
Celestial Collar is an unlockable passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a 15% chance for Treasure Room, Boss, and Shop items to be replaced with 1up! instead.
For each extra life Isaac possesses, he gains an additional 1.1x damage multiplier.
