Fruits is a pickup in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grant a stat boost which slowly decreases over time.

The speed at which the stat reduces depends on how much boost there is left, going slower the more it reduces.

They spawn more commonly in Fruit Cellar.

Can be stolen by Ratty.

The stat being boosted depends on the fruit picked up:
• Apple: +10% damage.
• Banana: +6.125% shot speed.
• Grape: +10% speed.
• Kiwi: +10% range.
• Orange: +6.125% fire rate.

Each stat boost has its 5-minute decay timer that will gradually weaken and finally remove the stat bonus once it has fully elapsed. This decay timer, as well as the stat bonus, resets back to full strength when Isaac picks up another of the matching fruit, increasing the time Isaac retains the boost for.
