Delirious Heart is a pickup in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While playing as Tainted Deli, there is a chance the following types of heart become a Delirious Heart:
• Red Heart: 10%
• Half Red Heart: 5%
• Soul Heart: 25%
• Double Red Heart: 20%
• Black Heart: 50%
• Half Soul Hearts: 12.5%
• Scared Heart: 10%
• Blended Heart: 17.5%
• Rotten Heart: 2.5%

Getting Birthright as Tainted Deli increases all chances to get a Delirious Heart by 25% per stack.

Grants one eye for his protecting Halo/damage output.
