Mom's Wish is an active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a Holy Card and Soul Heart.

If playing as Tainted Lost, spawns only a Holy Card and reduces the following stats by 5%: speed, tears, damage, shot speed, and luck.

The stat decrease will persist even if the item is dropped, however, they cannot be stronger than -50%.

This item contributes towards the Yes Mother? transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac a stationary knife that trails behind him and deals 2x contact damage.
