Delusion item
Delusion is an active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enables the presence of Isaac's delirious halo.
As long as there is an eye open on Isaac's delirious halo, Isaac is immune to damage.
Every time Isaac takes damage, 1.5 × DamageStat eyes close.
+2.5% range per eye open.
When the halo is initially created, it is immune to damage for half a second allowing Isaac to block with it without closing any eyes.
When an enemy touches the halo, they are launched backward and take damage equal to Isaac's damage.
When a projectile touches the halo, the projectile is launched and deals damage to enemies equal to Isaac's damage and cannot damage Isaac.
One eye opens on room clear.
