Prayer Mat item
Prayer Mat is an unlockable passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When in a room with hostile enemies, standing still for 5 seconds grants Isaac half a soul heart as well as spawns a Crack the Sky beam on top of Isaac dealing damage to nearby enemies.
This effect can only be triggered once per room.
How to unlock?
Create 12 
Soul Hearts using the Qur'an.
