Patch of Grass is a passive item in Haemo's Gizmos, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While Isaac is standing on a tile with a special graphic (e.g. grass, piece of garbage, etc):
• ×1.2 damage.
• ×1.5 tears.
• +2.5 range.

Enemies standing on tiles with special graphics take 2 damage per tick (7.5 per second).
